Member of the IRON FIST CLAN in World of Warcraft...just kidding. Karen interviews potential contractors and employees to find out what really makes them tick. Not only can she make them sweat during the technical and behavioural interviews, but is a great judge of character and helps bring our team together into a closely nit family. Karen has been hiring and running quarterly reviews of staff for over 5 years. She loves cashing cheques and doing payrole, but beyond that critiques almost every site and every peice of software we design for usability and quality assurance.Interesting Facts about Karen:
